What is a wholesale company and how do they make a profit?

Ok there is this asian website where they sell everything in (euros) but even when i convert it, it is still ridiculously cheap. There is a 599cc motorcycle for less than $2000 and all kinds of other cheap items for sale. I talked to a sales person in their chat box and he said it is because they are a wholesale company. How do wholesale companies like this make money and are they legit?

1. these are the companies which buy in bulk, huge quantities from the manufacturers at cheap rates and sell it at meagre profit. By selling more they make profit.They have huge turnoer of money.
2. ALL Retail businesses pay WHOLESALE prices, so wholesalers sell to retailers generally. You are usually not allowed to buy only one of an item - for normal consumer goods, you're talking at lease caseload sized quantities for each item. also, you will need to prove you are a registered business with a sales tax license and exemption certificate, or they won;t deal with you, or they will charge you sales tax
3. Wholesale companies make profit by selling cheap in mass. They sell at wholesale prices, but with a minimum purchase. This is very profitable. You should ask for transportation and shipping maybe your bike will double the cost.

5. I found an Australia LEGIT site, that won't scam you. You must watch out for scammers I sent a fully legit looking asian website 2000usd and lost all my money and received nothing. I told the police, bank, everyone and there was no way in hell of getting my money back. The site is http://www.ezo3.com they sell retail but they also sell all there gear wholesale, they are CHEAPER than the chinese and asians and are NOT SCAMMERS!
